Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert.Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer angenehmen Couch ausgestattet und befindet sich im gleichen Raum wie die Küche. Im Schlazimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett mit sehr bequemer Sembella Matratze und einem begehbaren Schrank mit Pax Kästen. In einem der Kästen befinden sich alle möglichen Utensilien zum Putzen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner - zur freien Benutzung aller Mieter des Hauses (ohne Extrakosten). Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Trafik, Tankstelle, Bäcker, Bank (ATM), Post, Polizei. Genauso schnell ist man im Grünen, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Gerasdorfer Badeteich, sowie den Marchfeldlkanal, der zum Spazieren und Radfahren einläd.
